We had the pleasure of having Ira + Lucy plan our dream wedding. Heidi truly understood what we envisioned our wedding to look and feel like. She was attentive to my needs, even when I'd text her frantically at all hours of the night. She and her staff made our wedding day more than perfect, there were NO stones left unturned. I can't recommend her enough!

These two are the epitome of laid back (though Leah likes to say “easy peasy”)! From our first meeting, I had to contain my excitement about their modern minimalism vision! I left the consultation with fingers and toes crossed hoping they decided to book with us...and they did!

I loved the planning process with these two and learning more and more about them.  A few months into the process, we had some sad news that Leah was diagnosed with skin cancer. But, in true Leah fashion, that too was easy peasy! She took her arm sling off the day before engagement photos and still rocked the session even without being able to do her normal hair/makeup...and still looked gorgeous. Oh, and I’ll also mention that they had to replace their septic system, had some emergency vet visits for their pup AND Leah was traveling for a solid 1.5 months RIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING!  Like seriously...she flew back into town 2 days prior to saying “I do”.

I have had the WORSE wedding withdrawals ever! It’s such a sad feeling when it’s all over. *:( sad My heart was happy to see your name pop up this morning! I will never be able to thank you enough for everything you did for us. You are an amazing person with a heart of gold. You pulled off Maddy’s special day perfectly. I know how incredibly hard you and your staff work. Everything little tiny thing was done with so much love and attention. I LOVE seeing your “Behind the Scenes” on Instagram! It breaks my heart really!! Maddy and I have been enjoying seeing all your posts of the weddings you have been working on. We giggle because we are actually” jealous” they get to spend time you. You make the planning process so special and fun, we didn’t want it to end. You have a talent beyond words but combine it with so much love and that’s what make you so special. We have had endless compliments on the wedding thanks to you. The venue turned out spectacular and when we walked into to dinner, it was truly a wonderland. Just gorgeous and thanks to Kara, it smelled so good! I can’t wait for our pictures! I thought the sneak peeks were so awesome! We appreciate you to no end!!!! Choosing Ira + Lucy was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. We used their ‘Enhanced Day-Of Coordination’ package. We were on a tight budget and struggled with the idea of spending money on something that we couldn’t quite conceptualize, but felt very strongly about not wanting our friends and family to have to set up and take down our wedding. Once we met Victoria we realized why we needed her!! Always sweet and professional, she is an excellent problem solver and helped us with some major issues right off the bat. She would come over, check on us frequently, and took the time to get to know us. I literally want to frame the ‘concept boards’ she sent us - whenever the wedding seemed stressful I always would look at them because they reminded us of the important things we wanted, and looked like OUR wedding!
