“I am so incredibly lucky and excited to share Erin and Tom’s wedding with you! To this day, my favorite part of working with these two was Tom’s answer to one of our pre-consult questions:
Favorite thing about your fiance? “Erin is cute, wicked smart, outdoorsy and the kindest friend I have ever known.”
Seriously...how cute is that?!?!?!?
These two are so laid back, sweet, kind and you can just tell that they are the best of friends. Our Skype calls (they are an East coast couple), emails, and face to face meetings always had me more and more determined to make their day the most perfect it could absolutely be. They care, not only about one another, but about every friend and family member that has ever crossed their path. And, if you were lucky enough to be at the wedding, you know that their friends and family feel the exact same way
Here are a few examples to give you an idea of just how chill these two are: we only met in person 3 times before the wedding day (1 of those times was rehearsal), Erin went to Ecuador for 2 months and returned to the states 1 month before the wedding, they went white water rafting before rehearsal, they rode their bicycles to rehearsal, they ran a race AND went mountain biking THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING!!! I have grown to love and care about these two far more than they can know…they are my FIRST COUPLE as a Senior Coordinator and I feel so blessed that they chose me and trusted myself as an individual and Ira + Lucy as a company to orchestrate their day.
Sunday morning I woke up so happy with every last detail of their day…and so sad that the day had come and gone. I had to pause to remind myself that this is their first day as husband and wife, as lifelong partners, as lifelong friends. I can’t imagine two people better suited for these tasks.
